Turkey delimits at the East with America, Iran and Azerbaijan, at the North with the Black Sea and at the South with Syria. The capital is Ankara, formerly known as Angora. Although the historical capital is Istanbul, in the past it was known as Constantinople.
Regarding tourism, it is considered the sixth in the world. Turkey has diverse castles, mosques and palaces. In Ankara you can visit cultural places like the Archaeological Museum of the Anatolians Civilizations, the mosque of Haci Bayram and so on. In addition, in Istanbul you can visit the Large Bazar.
Turkish is their official language and Kurdish is the second language more used among their inhabitants. In Turkey the Constitution recognises the freedom of religion. In spite of that, the religion that predominates is Islam.
